Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders on a next working day service, and we work hard to meet this goal. However, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, stock fluctuations, or other factors beyond our control.

If the veneer you ordered is temporarily out of stock due to high demand, we will contact you promptly to advise on the expected dispatch date or offer alternative options.

Please note: Orders placed on a Friday are not guaranteed for same-day dispatch or weekend delivery. While we endeavour to ship on Fridays where possible, such orders will most likely be processed on the following Monday and delivered from Tuesday onward (subject to courier performance).
